After clicking on field "Username" I see a list of users and the "Password" is automatically filled To delete usernames and password go: Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options ->Content-> AutoComplete -> Clear Forms To avoid this kind of situation also in future, you can unmark the fields „Forms” and „User names and passwords on forms”.
