How to prevent important email from going into the SPAM folder?
Unfortunately one of the problems using automatic filtering methods is the detecting legitimate emails as spam and not rejecting all spam. Only the recipient of the letter can determine whether the email is needed or not with 100% accuracy.
If important for you letters constantly go into the Spam folder, it is necessary to make the filter on the given letters with a rule „move message to the selected folder”.
It is also possible not to filter messages, which are detected as spam, but to place them in a separate folder or to leave in incoming messages instead. For this purpose you should switch-off the spam-filter.
