Problems with opening e-mails

If after opening the app, e-mails won't open for a long tome, you could try doing the folowing steps:

  • Close the app​
  • Got o your phones settings
  • Open apps

  • Find Inbox app

  • Open Storage

  • And press clear cache

Don't be affraid as the "clear cache" oparation doesn't delete any e-mails or necessary files.

Note. Your settings may differ due to differing android version or manufacturer.
